Tendyron Won the Bid of USB Key Projects of Postal Savings Bank of China

Tendyron won the bid of USB Key project of Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) in December 2008, making Tendyron the first provider of second-generation security tokens to PSBC.

Tendyron will provide PSBC with the OnKey193A series of USB security token which is a second-generation security token featuring a physical control button to ensure user presence during a transaction. The token does not require additional software and is a plug and play device. The device features Tendyron’s patented operating system OnCOS to manage the secure storage and embedded smart card processor ensuring a safe and stable operating environment for digital transactions.

The OnKey193A series contains secure onboard storage for passwords, digital certificates, and other security credentials. The device serves as a separate secure computing platform free from potential intrusion for signing and processing transactions.

Postal Savings Bank of China was founded in 2007. Relying on advantages of the postal network, PSBC built a nationwide personal financial services network with 36,000 branches and one of the fastest growing banks in China. PSBC is based in Beijing, China.
